Haven't received my subscription

Totally upset but your mail delivery take so long to get to me or to my uncle who bought me this subscription. I think you have to look into the mail service and how you can provide better delivery service. When I called in the customer service rep she was very nice. She said that she would make sure I have the latest two issues delivered to me. The thing is this should not have happened because my uncle was the one that bought me this subscription 2 years in a row for Christmas. Either he gets his delivered early or late or I get mine delivered earlier or late. This should not be happening.

Disappointment

I am very disappointed in your magazine. There has been changes and you don't have the articles like you use to. Like the little stories of humor and life in focus and the little animal tales and different stories like that. The magazine has gotton much thinner and really not worth the money anymore. And don't tell me where the needle is in the issue that I am reading and maybe didn't find it yet, that really rude it for me. Very disappointed and probably won't even order it anymore..

There is so much missing in your magazine now. The jokes, Hears at the Country Cafe and the personal stories from farmers about their day. Also View from My Place, and the pictures are not glossy. Please bring them back. Your magazine has gotten so impersonal. Ive been a subscriber for many years but the magazine is just not the same. The August/September issue was a real disappointment with the changes the pages and the pictures are not the same.

Duplicate billing

Today, June 15, 2022, I received a hassle-free renewal invoice from Country Magazine for $17.00. I checked my account, and on May 11, 2022, I sent them a check for $28.00 for a two-year subscription. I want to know why they are telling me my subscription has expired. It makes me wonder how often they have done it, and I never checked it out.

Quality of magazine

1 we have had these magazines for years . 2.the quality of your mag. Have gotten so bad that we have trouble reading them any more and will most likely not renew ..the last issue I received was printed off center and put together just as poorly. .pages are so thin they stick together. My husband thought you had cut the amount of pages in half because of the thin sheets. . Didn't find the winners of the contest either. Have you quit that? I tried to go to feedback, but was nothing there. Hope this actually gets to a person. Old subscribers. Vivian Brady

Wanted to confirm my subscription. For years now hang been a country girl i have come to love Country Magazine so much i dont want yo miss one issue! Having bern raised in the country spending time

For years now i have subscribed to Country. Having spent much of my life in the country and on the family farm and traveling to wilderness areas with my husband but now in my 80s Country Magazine is my go to to remind me of the beautiful scenes the kindness of country people and the joys that others in the magazine share. No longer able to travel myself Country Magazine fulfills that desire page by beautiful page! And every time i pick it up it brings joy. Thank you Country Magazine.
